Guerlain is brave in innovation, yet it respects its rich history - reflecting a delicate contrast in Guerlain's quest for beauty. This design is inspired by designers who dare to position contrasting elements together to create beauty,
Guerlain is more than a shop, it is a house - the space layout is segmented like a house with different levels of intimacy. Customers first step into the open front yard, and wander into our shelter alcove, before being invited into the room for an intimate skincare consultation. Delicate glorifiers contrast with the powerful structures at the back - offering transparency and increasing exposure of products to customers. It is then translated to suit the differing customer behaviour in travel retail. This concept truly embraces the house concept of Guerlain, providing great exposure of products, clear segregation of axis and cost-effective construction. |
